The Krewe
of Fort Brooke and the Hillsborough High School Junior R.O.T.C. have
had a special relationship since the Krewe's inception in 1992.
The
Hillsborough High School J.R.O.T.C. has participated in every major
local parade as the Krewe's Honor Guard.

They dress in the military costumes of yesteryear, giving a lasting
first impression as they lead the Krewe in today's parades. These
young men and women, the trainees of today, represent the future,
tomorrows military officers and civic leaders.
The Krewe of Fort Brooke is proud of these fine young men and women
and it feels a need to make their road a little easier. Therefore, the
Krewe holds an annual fundraiser to benefit the Hillsborough
High School J.R.O.T.C..

Hopalong Cassady presents a check from The Heisman
Trophy
Association to Cadet Sergeant Anthony Padilla as a part of
the
annual Krewe of Fort Brooke fundraiser.
